Pricing All prices are shown in AU$ inclusive of GST. STRIKEALERT reserves the right to alter prices without prior notice
Payment shall be made at the time of purchase using the electronic payment system or by contacting the STRIKEALERT sales office and arranging the appropriate payment method. No goods shall be shipped until payment is received and confirmed as correct
STRIKEALERT will Endeavour to the best of our ability to supply goods promptly, but shall be under no obligation for a delay or consequence thereof caused.
If a product is found to be faulty at time of purchase or within the specified product warranty period from the invoice date STRIKEALERT will cheerfully replace it at no extra charge. This offer is conditional on the product being returned with the invoice relating to the purchase. STRIKEALERT cannot be held responsible for goods misused or damaged by the customer. If posting or couriering the product back to STRIKEALERT or place of purchase please ensure that the product is suitably packed, with all accessories and original packaging if possible. Cost of postage is for the customers care for the returned product only.
STRIKEALERT will dispatch all orders the same working day if received by 2.00pm with the expectation of delivery to the customer by the next business day within the greater Sydney area. Delivery times to outer NSW and other States will be via Australian Post and subject to their delivery times.. The STRIKEALERT Team randomly check deliveries each working day. Any order received by STRIKEALERT from the customer shall constitute acceptance of these Terms and Conditions.
Claims & Returns
All claims must be made within 14 days of receipt of goods and accompanied with the invoice relating to the order. THE STRIKEALERT TEAM will replace/credit goods damaged in transit only if the damage has been noted on the delivery docket of a freight agent commissioned by us relating to that claim. STRIKEALERT are under no obligation to accept returns where no fault lies with STRIKEALERT. If THE STRIKEALERT TEAM to accept the claim from the customer, the product must be returned in original packaging ‘as new‘ and deemed by STRIKEALERT as re-saleable upon sight of goods returned
